At our wheelchair friendly accommodation in Lancashire, our WiFi was previously operating on a 4G system. This meant that the WiFi speed was between 20mbps to 40mbps and in busy times could be less than this. We have been waiting for the area to receive an upgrade to 5G and that day has arrived. The properties can achieve over 500mbps which is over 10 times the speed we could offer previously. This has made a huge difference to our guests, especially those who want to watch 4K TV in multiple rooms.
Our guests should now be able to stream films in 4K in multiple rooms.
